Long time no see.. anyways. Every so often i go back to playing BF2 and I always remembering that it crashes every time I try and load the game. To be specific, the game loads up fine but when i join a game, it will load until about 100% then just crash and kick me back to my desktop. I was reading that it was Nvidia overlay, Discord overlay blah blah. Here is the only thing that worked for me… turn off Dx12.

How to fix Battlefront II from crashing when joining a game:

From the main screen, go to Options in the top right

Go to Video in the bottom left

Scroll down until you see ENABLE DIRECTX 12 and turn it off. It will be set to ‘on’ by default (at least it was for me).

This is so simple and fixed it right away. I hope this shows up on your google searches on how to fix this. Godspeed.

In the first mission where you have to “Open the cafeteria door”, it took me too long to figure out that in the storage closet, there are actually 3 vents to bust open and go in. The first vent is to the left between 2 storage racks. The second vent is to the left of that, BEHIND the opened door… you need to close the door behind you while you’re in the closet. These 2 vents go nowhere and just contain supplies. The important, third vent is to the right of the middle vent, behind a storage rack. This one gets you going to where you need to be.

oh also, when you need to place the battery to open the door.. press C and craft the battery. You’ll need to go into that strange living quarters behind the security office and break the computers to obtain the required supplies to craft it. This took me too long also

I recently decided to try playing Star Citizen again and yeah, it was daunting getting back into it. My first decision I made was to be a space courier- kind of like a space trucker. Moving things from A to B then getting paid. Seems easy, right? lol k.

First, now they have Cargo Bays in your hanger. When you accept your first contract, you need to go to the terminal next to the cargo bay that’s INSIDE your hanger, and then click one of the arrows in the bottom left in order to get the shipment of quartz. You now have to move them into your ship to deliver to wherever it is it tells you to go.

PROBLEM: you cant pick these boxes up, too heavy. You need to buy a Pyro multi tool or a MaxLift Tractor Beam from one of the stores in order to pick these up and move them around. Since I know I want to do this long term, I bought the MaxLift Tractor Beam (I bought a battery too, but I guess you don’t need it). These boxes snap in place in your ship and in the cargo bay in the hangar.. you deliver them the same way as you received them.

That’s basically it.

Yes, you can fast travel in Enshrouded. Not sure why it took me so long to figure it out, but all you have to do is open your map and then click on your base (circled in red) then chose fast travel. Super simple.

I live in Brooklyn, NY… the reason I’m telling you is because normally I can find every kind of food product, somewhere or the other… like if I need to get some kind of dried chile, ill just go to sunset park (the Mexican part of Brooklyn) and go to a local grocery store and they’ll have it. this is the same for any other type of cuisine… just go to their local neighborhood market and you can find it.

OK, now to Reese’s cups… They’ve recently came out with a PB&J cup which sound great, I gotta try it and being in NYC.. sure, we should have it available somewhere… and YES we do! at the Walgreens a half block away from me! perfect! Except it’s not…. every time I go, the cardboard Reese’s PB&J display where they are supposed to be is filled with a completely different brand of mints. this is a month long thing every time I go, I look.

I’ll spare you. I went today, they were in there. I bought a pack and it sucks. I ate one and tossed the other because the jelly wasn’t jelly, it was like a weird thin paste; I was expecting jelly I guess (maybe foolishly). I checked in regularly over at Walgreens until they had it in their display instead of some dumb mints, too. I should have bought the mints and called it a day. whatever.

I went to the bar today after work and I thought about this idea. I’ve had it for a long time but when I was there, I guess I decided to buy this domain.

I had an idea and I was like “man this would be good for the site, but I know I’ll forget it”… so I thought “let me buy the domain now, then when I get home I’ll put in my idea” gotta start somewhere.

I completely forget what it was, so I decided to write about why we’re here to begin with.
